Registration Information
All students must have a TN shot record showing that all vaccinations are up to date. This is mandatory. You can check with your child's physician or TN Health Department. If you are a new student to the Collinwood School System and need to register, please contact our school counselor, Sarabeth Turman, at 931-724-9510.
